Hi my name is Mike and I am just learing about the very exciting world of Web Site Design. The Web is exciting because for the first time in the history of mankind, it is possible for anyone to instnatly communicate ideas with everyone on the planet.
This site will chronicle my experience as I take my very first web
design course, ET-710, at
Queensborough Community College.
The Condé Nast Building
The
antenna atop the Conde Nast building broadcasts radio and television
signals in
the New York City market. In
a way it is a symbol of a world where the ability to communicate to the
masses was cost prohibitive to the average person.
The
internet has changed that.
Anyone with access to the internet and the skill set of building &
maintaining web sites can communicate with the world.
